So, Robin lost again. But twasn`t too easy for Roger to win today.
Why did he loose? I really can`t answer this question. I guess, just
because it was Roger... Robin did nothing wrong and had a brilliant
match. He
actually has nothing to reproach himself. He was a hero of that night.
Not Roger as he was expected to win, but Soderling who was expected not
to gain any set. His come-back was unbelieveable and this guy really
deserved every single point he took. Maybe he deserved more... I feel
pity for him. He has an unluky star on his way named "Roger Federer"...
Who can say where would he stop if not Roger?... Robin improved his
game since the last match, his shots were incredible. I hope he`ll earn
some points for higher ranking and soon appear in TOP 10.
It was good for Fed that Robin didn`t loose easy and tought Roger some lesson
about how it`s dangerous to relax too early. He prepared Roger to the
semis and the final.
There is nobody left who will loose easily. Every
player can make a surprise. Djoker seems must loose but he`s too
hungry now. Nadal... Do we need to talk about him really? He wants
everything, and to say truth, he saved much energy in the matches with
spainyards... Cilic is a dark horse (thoght he`s the most weak card I
hope).
Del Potro... The most similar to Roger player in all ways, especially
as for confidence and serve in the most important moments. And he`s a
great fighter for every point, till the very last shot. Gonzo - can
you guess what he can do or what he cannot do??!! He is on fire much
more than ever. He has one of his best seasons, he has much experience
and he won`t want to miss his (maybe last as he`s already 29) chance.
He`ll die on the court...
So I can only say "Thank you" to Robin for
this great match and for the reminding to Roger that there are not only
Britton in the draw.
